“The installation of six Docket Vision displays in our courthouse was a short and direct process. Within a week of signing the contract, all of our screens had been built and a working model of our schedule data was in place. Once the displays showed up on-site, the AdGators team arrived to install the hardware and train the end users. The entire installation and training took less than a day to complete. Of course there were tweaks here and there to screens (speed and font size) and our staff had a couple of questions about how to perform various functions. The AdGators customer service was and has been stellar and resolves issues and answers questions immediately. Visitors to the courthouse are drawn to the large monitors when they arrive and can generally find all of the information they need for their visit. AdGators is one of Champaign County’s most valued business partners.”
